FEES REFUND AND RETAKE POLICY OF M CYBER ACADEMY

SECTION-1 (Summary)

This section serves as a comprehensive overview of M cyber academy's Fees Policy, outlining the fundamental principles regarding the setting, amendment, variation and review of tuition and non-tuition fees for all enrolled students.

Policy Overview:

M cyber Academy, committed to excellence, establishes this policy to maintain transparency and equity in its fee structure, ensuring access, opportunity, and success for all students.

SECTION-2 (Accountability)

  • The M CYBER ACADEMY holds the authority to approve tuition & non- tuition fees.
  • The M CYBER ACADEMY reserves the right to amend the fees policy at any stage during the Student.

SECTION-3 (Scope)

This Policy applies comprehensively to all enrolled students at M cyber academy, ensuring uniformity and fairness.

SECTION-4 (Definitions)

  • The M CYBER ACADEMY holds the authority to approve tuition & non- tuition fees.
  • Fee: The amount charged for academic services.
  • Fine: A penalty imposed for specific violations.
  • International Student (Onshore): A student from another country studying within the country.
  • Non-Tuition Fee: Charges beyond academic fees.
  • Student Services and Amenities Fees (SSAF): Fees for additional services.
  • Tuition Fee: Charges for academic Students.

SECTION-5 (Policy Statement)

  • M Cyber academy is committed to provide an open and excellent learning environment, dedicated to student access, opportunity and success.
  • M Cyber academy ensures all Student and unit fees:
  • Represent good value for money for students
  • Are fair and equitable to all students;
  • Are set at a level where the University remains financially viable; and,
  • Are market-competitive.
  • Clearly communicate fee structures and changes well in advance.

SECTION-6 (PRINCIPLES OF FEE ADJUSTMENTS OR REFUNDS)

The M Cyber Academy sets and reviews fees based on the following principles:

PART-A

Where fees are not paid, the M Cyber Academy may take action as described, including;

  • Withhold the person's certificate or result
  • Refuse to admission of the student;
  • Suspend or cancel an existing admission, as well as,
  • Withhold the person's statement of attainment.
  • Fine in terms of discipline marks or monetary fine or both.
  • Suspension from academy's services or from classes.
  • Refer the matter to debt collection, which may incur additional costs to the student;
  • Initiate legal action.

PART-B

M Cyber Academy provide 100% job Assurance to their candidates if the candidate fullfill the mentioned conditions as per the M Cyber Academy rules.

Rule 1= the attendance must have above 90 %.

Rule 2= the project work must be completed by the candidate

Rule 3= students must submit 100% of fees to be eligible for internship.

Rule 4= marks of internal exam should be 85% mandatory.

PART-C

Clearly outline debt collection steps, ensuring students are aware of consequences.

Periodically remind students of these conditions.

  • Online payments are accepted through MasterCard/Visa Credit/Debit cards/UPI/Net Banking in INR currency only.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only, after reviewing the terms and conditions applied to the chosen service/ product.
  • If a Student is enrolled in a course that has been withdrawn by M Cyber Academy, he/she will be entitled to 100% refund or will be entitled to take equal value of services in exchange.
  • In case, Student is unable to attend the course due to personal reasons and intimate 15 working days prior to Batch schedule , 100% refund will be processed Except of registration fees of Student/service.
  • In case, Student requests cancellation within 15 days of course start date, an Administrative charge of INR 10000 + 18% GST will be deducted from the deposit.
  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only, after reviewing the terms and conditions applied to the chosen service/ product.
  • Refund will be processed within 25 - 30 Days, post sanction.

Retake Policy

  • The Student must fill the Interim and Final Feedback form to avail of Post-course Services else reschedule/redo policy will be ineligible.
  • Any feedback/escalation must be shared before 15% of the class is over to avail of the REDO Batch.
  • If an individual is not satisfied with the course and has raised his feedback as per Points 1 and 2, He/she will be authorized to take the retake only within 3 months. No Free Retakes will be allowed after this window.
  • If an individual is unable to clear the exam on the first attempt, He/she can take a Free redo in the next available batch within 3 Months after the Exam result date or First batch attended. The retake requests post 3 months' window will be chargeable at 50% of base fees plus taxes.
  • 90% of attendance is mandatory in actual batch enrolled, to qualify for revision or redo sessions.
  • In Case of Medical Emergency or any Unavoidable situation, One reschedule is allowed as per mutually convenient schedule. All further reschedule will be charged at 100% of actual fees.

Changes to this fee refund and retake policy.

We may update our fee refund and retake Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new fee refund and retake Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.

Terms and Conditions

India being our domicile country, any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Users above the age of 18 are eligible to register as a website user and are allowed to use the website and make a transaction. Minors below the age of 18 yrs. are prohibited to do the same. Any detailed shared on our website, while making a payment for our products or services, will be directly submitted to our payment provider via secured connection. The cardholders are required to retain the copy of transaction receipts and adhere to the Merchant policies and rules.
